Long TF: 30min OR hit a mere 6.7 points suggesting that a 2nd leg is unlikely(on trending days, TF usually hits about 10 points within 30min after market opens, and a 2nd leg usually follows). Price closed briefly below OR and reversed back up, failing a bear flag.
