ER2 - Range Per Move

The average number of points per move has been about 3 (used to be about 4, but I like to be conservative these days).

So I'll usually get out after price has moved about 3 points, and wait to see if support or resistance holds.

Supports/resistances that are not tested before, especially those that are 3 points away from ER2's previous move, I respect them.

As I write, ER2 is now consolidating above support at 722.57 (see below)
