Back to my routine of starting to look at my charts only at 5am ET. It's good. D says I should be spanked for trading before 12am ET on Monday. But I call that experimenting with trading different sessions....whatever...I'm not crying.

Commodities have been wild. The REALLY bad kind of wild. Oil is still crazy; natural gas is just ugly; and gold is UNTOUCHABLE.

Bean is not wild but it hasn't really been moving...

Switching to 2min timeframe helps. For how long, I have no idea. But I won't worry about anything that's not happened yet.

Will start watching beans. I like it that it starts trading later than the others, and that it's not affected by FOMC!
