About Overbought & Oversold Situations and Selling & Buying Opportunities

Something from personal observations and for my future reference:

Overbought (an indication that I can start LOOKING OUT for opportunity to SELL) and Oversold (an indication that I can start LOOKING OUT for opportunity to BUY) situations happen across all market sentiments - Bullish, Bearish and Neutral.

In A Market Where Sentiment is BULLISH (Fast MA above Slow MA; Slow MA pointing up), and when TICK is at:

-150 :
Oversold; Buy

+150 :
Throwback due (40 to 60% of previous move up); Sell

+250 to +500 :
Overbought; Reversal likely; Sell only when MA10 has come down to 200 from 500.

In A Market Where Sentiment is BEARISH (Fast MA below Slow MA; Slow MA pointing down). and when TICK is at:

+150 :
Overbought; Sell

-150 :
Pullback due (40 to 60% of previous move down); Buy

-350 to -500 :
Oversold; Reversal likely; Buy

-150 : Oversold

+150 : Overbought
